Are your items authentic?
Yes all our items are officially licensed by the correct supplier.
How long will delivery take?
Usually your order will be despatched within 48 hours from the date payment was received. Uk Deliveries should take 2-3 days once your item has been shipped. Delays may be caused due to bank holidays & weekends.
If you believe your item is lost, please allow 28 days from date of posting as Royal Mail will not investigate a lost item claim until 28 days are passed. if you choose unregistered Airmail to overseas locations, this is entirely at your own risk if lost or damaged in the post. We would always recommend selecting the registered Airmail options which are International Signed For and Airsure where available.
Returns & Refunds
If there is a fault with your items(s) please contact us with full details of fault. All orders are checked throughly before dispatch to prevent faulty items being sent. Once we have received the returned item we will inspect the item and a replacement will be sent. Refunds will only be made if we cannot replace the item.
If you have changed your mind please contact us within 7 days of placing your order. If we have already shipped your item. you will need to return the item at your own cost and we will only refund the value of the goods not the shipping cost or return shipping cost. Refund will be made once we have received and checked the item can still be sold. if any labels, packaging etc has been damaged the return will be rejected.
We accept no responsibility for any damage to your shirt during application, instructions are on our printing page or by contacting us.
Uk Delivery
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a tracked service. All orders over £50 must be sent Royal Mail special delivery. please wait while we edit your invoice before paying. Buyers who under pay for postage will be contacted & we will send you correct Invoice. if you prefer to cancel your order please contact us
International Orders Under £40
You can choose between unregistered Airmail and International Signed For Airmail. If you choose the unregistered Airmail option, this is entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility if the unlikely happens and your order is lost or damaged in the post.
International Orders Over £40
Must be sent International Signed For Airmail or Airsure. prices are shown at the checkout. If unsure please contact us.
Buyers who under pay for postage will be contacted & we will send you correct Invoice. If you prefer to cancl your order please contact us. Delivery outside of Europe they may be subject to import duty and taxes. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duty and taxes. For more information please contact your local customs/tax office.
